The IBC will be made of cabins on two levels and will be fully operational from 10 to 23 February 2020 (but will open froé 6 to 24 Februqry with limited services) . The final IBC layout will be released as soon as possible.
RHBs will have the choice between three cabin sizes :
- Standard cabin: 15m2
- Double cabin: 30m2
- Triple cabin: 45m2
For any of the cabins offered, the following services will be included:
- Basic office power 230 V, 16A, 2 outlets, domestic consumption per standard single cabin
- Basic cleaning, janitorial services & general security
- Lighting & heating
All office equipment must be booked separately.as per the Catalogue of Services offer.
Once all services available at the IBC are confirmed we will provide each RHB with a drawing of their unilateral IBC cabin(s) layout.
Please be informed that 15 m2 storage containers will also be available. However, storage facilities will not include any power or heating devices by default.
