The following terms and conditions apply for the services included in the IBU World Championships Biathlon Antholz 2020 - Catalogue of Services.
Dates of Service
The basic usage period for services is from 7 – 23 February, 2020.
Currency and taxes
All prices are in Euro and exclude VAT.
Responsibilities
Eurovision Services SA offers to coordinate all the RHBs requests for all those services included in the Catalogue of Services, regardless of the end provider, in order to facilitate the booking process for the Rights Holders. Eurovision Services SA shall not be held liable or responsible for any specific problems related to third parties’ provided services.
Deadlines
The Booking System (RHS) to formalise all bookings will be open as of May 2019.
Deadlines for booking submission
- 15 July 2019 - IBC, Venue Permanent Services and Facilities, power
- 30 September 2019 - Rest of services
Any order or booking placed after the above-mentioned deadlines may not be feasible and will be subject to availability and to cost evaluation. Any service cancelled after the deadlines will be studied on a case by case basis and a cancellation fee may apply depending on the type of service, provision already made and provider terms and conditions.
Invoicing
Invoices shall be established by Eurovision Services SA in Euro.
- First invoice (50%) will be issued in September 2019.
- Second invoice (50%) will be issued in February 2020.
- Final invoice (bookable service, consumption, etc.) will be issued up to 2 months after the event.
VAT and other taxes will be applied according to current legislation at the time of invoicing.
