DEDICATED AUDIO OVER IP CONNECTIVITY

Eurovision Services will deploy a team of skilled engineers, equipped with dedicated kits, to ensure the smooth delivery of the AoIP service. Service will include on-site support.

The service will be available on the media tribune and in the broadcast compound.

Key Service Features:
 - Secure connectivity: internet access dedicated to AoIP transmissions.
 - Uncontested Bandwidth: Each customer is provided with 5Mbps of symmetrical, dedicated internet access for their audio codecs.
 - Firewall Configuration: No firewall limitations or SIP ALG functions will be imposed on the service.
 - Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol: The local network is configured with DHCP, so manual IP configuration is not required.
 - Service Availability: The service will be available from MD-2 (for testing purposes) until MD (FW+ 2 hours).
 - Redundant Architecture: The venue’s local network infrastructure, including routers and firewalls, is fully redundant up to the commentary position area. An Ethernet cable with an RJ-45 connector will be provided at the designated location for codec connectivity, with additional backup cables available as spares.

The booking will be open from 11th of April 12:00 CET for all matches (2 SFs, 3rd place match & Final).
The deadline for AoIP service bookings is 07.05.2025 at 12.00 CET.

Cancellation after Semi Finals will be possible until SF MD+1 – 17h00 CET.

Bookings received after the deadline will be considered as late requests and will be evaluated accordingly. In case the service can be accommodated, extra charges of 300 EUR will apply.
