The Global Refugee Forum 2023 will take place from 13 to 15 December at the Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland.
The purpose of the Forum is to discuss possibilities, problems, and approaches to improve responsibility-sharing in support of the goals of the Global Compact on Refugees (GCR), as well as to promote the announcement of specific pledges and contributions.
Eurovision News Events, on behalf of UNHCR, will be distributing the opening plenary session with remarks by the co-convenors and the first press conference, as well as the closing press conference on 15 December.

Here is the confirmed schedule (in GMT) for Wednesday 13 December:
- 0800 - 1100 GMT: Opening Plenary
- 1330 - 1430 GMT: First press conference
