Portuguese EU Presidency - informal meeting of ministers responsible for cohesion policy

In the context of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, on 18 May, the informal video conference of ministers responsible for cohesion policy will take place at CCB-Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon.

Overview

RTP, as Host Broadcaster, guarantees access to the international signal on site, in the IBC, situated in Module 4 of CCB, accessed from Rua D. Lourenço de Almeida (GPS coordinates 38.695938,-9.210061). Distribution of the signal will also be guaranteed via the EBU satellite network as well as via the EBU's digital platform (Newsdirect).

The preliminary schedule for the international signal on 18 May is as follows:

The Host Broadcaster will provide the following services and technical facilities on-site:

  • Access to the International Signal
  • International Signal Distribution through the EBU satellite network
  • Distribution on the EBU digital platform of video and audio clips on Newsdirect
  • Limited space in the TV Compound for Mobile Units - with access to technical power
  • Stand-ups in the Press Centre

 

Services and technical facilities, including the satellite feeds, will be free of charge and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
