Save time, book online with Eurovision Services
You can easily book facilities and transmissions for any event online with Eurovision Services. To do so, you will need to log in to your account. If you do not have an account, you can create one from the login screen, but you will need to wait for confirmation before you can book any services. To book services, simply call up the list of events and then filter or search using the tools provided. Once you have found the event you are looking for, just click on "More details" to see a list of the services available for that event.
For rightsholder services, simply click "Book now" and on the next screen click on "Participation+".
This will display the full list of transmissions, as in the example below, from which you can select those you wish to book. The technical system field (highlighted in red below) is compulsory and your booking will not be accepted if you do not select a technical system. Select the transmissions you wish to book by clicking on the checkbox next to "New booking" or click on "Select all" if you want to book all transmissions in the list. You can add a reference number or purchase order in the field at the bottom if your organisation uses this for accounting purposes. When you are satisfied with your booking, click "Add to selection".
You will then see a summary of your order, as below, which you can add to by clicking on "Participation+" or simply click on "Review and submit booking".
The final screen in the booking process lists all the details of your booking together with contact details that are prepopulated based on the information in your user profile, as in the example below. Here you can add an extra e-mail address for any copies of the booking and add a note to your booking. You must also acknowledge the terms of service and privacy notice by clicking on the relevant check box. You can then click on "Submit booking" to complete the booking process.
Some events, for example news events, may also offer stand-up and studio facilities, which will be listed under "Feedpoint" as below. In this case, click on the corresponding button to book the service you need.
Once you have submitted your booking, a pop-up window will be displayed that acknowledges your booking and you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received your booking request. Please note that this is not a confirmation of your booking. Our bookings team will review your request to verify the information and you will receive a separate e-mail to confirm your booking. You can check the status of all your orders at any time via your personal dashboard.
