Grass Protein – sustainable fodder and future food


Imported soy is the primary protein source for animal feed in Europe, but this might change in the upcoming years as researchers at Aarhus University, Denmark are on the brink of making grass both a sustainable local protein source for fodder and fit for human nutrition.
