Amine Hafnaoui has been appointed as the new Head of Operations of Eurovision Media Services (EMS).

Amine Hafnaoui has been appointed as the new Head of Operations of Eurovision Media Services (EMS), the business arm of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

A highly experienced leader, Amine has worked in the media industry for more than a decade. During this time, he has worked in various disciplines including, project management, operations, pre-sales, sales, quality assurance, processes improvement and major accounts management.

In his latest role as the Head of Central Administration & Support for EMS, he was responsible for enhancing the financial instruments and administrative procedures for the organisation to maximise its efficiency.

Amine has a strong technical and commercial background with a Master's degree in Business Administration & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering. He is also certified in the Lean Six Sigma Quality Programme.

In his new role, Amine will be responsible for leading the Operational Team for EMS. He will oversee the successful delivery of EMS' portfolio of services and work closely with the rest of the organisation to provide excellent value for clients.
