The G20 Leaders' Summit will be held in Rome. Italy assumed the G20 presidency on 1 December 2020 and will be hosting the leaders' of the 20-member nations. Eurovision News Events, in collaboration with RAI, will be the Host Broadcaster and manage the requests for broadcast facilities at the International Media Center. Please see below for more details.

The Press Center is located at Palazzo dei Congressi: Piazza John Kennedy, 1, 00144 Roma RM, Italy
You will have to go through the white security tents. Please come check in at the EBU MCR, located on the Mezzanine on the 1st floor.
FACILITIES AT THE MEDIA CENTRE:
TV/Radio workspaces come in different sizes and at the following cost for the duration of the event (29-31 Oct.):
€1200 for 3x2 booth (2 people max)
€1500 for 4x2 booth (3 people max)
€1700 for 4x3 booth (4 people max)
Larger booths- On request
Each booth is equipped with table and chair for maximum allowed number of people, as well as pool drop (BNC or XLR), power and an internet line. They are available on a first come first served basis and the chosen size cannot be guaranteed.
At the time of booking, please indicate how many people in your group, and whether you need the pool drop for TV (BNC) or Radio (XLR) in your booth.
There will be strict enforcement of the number of people in each cabins, and face masks will be mandatory at all times in the media center. A green pass proving full vaccination will be required to enter the building and negative tests will be required every 48h.
SNG truck parking with power: €450
The number of spots are very limited. Cable run from workspace/stand-up position is at the responsibility of the broadcaster, but will be overseen by onsite engineers because of the historical nature of the building. Run is approximately 180m - 250m.

To place your booking, email email@example.com as soon as possible and no later than Monday 25 October 1200 CET (1000 GMT) to be allocated a space. Late bookings may be taken into account but will be charged an extra 15% late-booking fee.
Please note that a 100% cancellation policy applies, unless we are able oversubscribed and we are able to re-allocate your space.
