These audio/visual materials are not permitted to be used in any commercial or programming manner other than for the reporting of the UEFA EURO 2024 Official Brand and Logo Launch in Berlin, Germany by the using broadcaster within its own regularly scheduled general news and/or sports news programmes that are transmitted/delivered on the using broadcaster’s channels or digital services. The materials may not be archived and/or must not be used after the period of thirty (30) days from the date of the relevant event.

The permitted use referred to above may not be transferred or sub-licensed to any third party. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the relevant materials may be provided by news dissemination agencies to their existing client base provided that: (i) such materials are only made available as part of an existing service provided by such agency to its relevant clients (i.e. the materials cannot be offered on a stand-alone basis); (ii) such agency does not separately charge for the provision of such materials; and (iii) such agency does not otherwise seek to commercialise the relevant materials (e.g. by offering any advertising opportunities).

No use is permitted to give the broadcaster or any third party (including any news dissemination agency) any kind of association to UEFA and/or UEFA competitions. The using broadcaster shall provide a credit to UEFA in the following form - "©UEFA 2021". Other than to edit the materials for the purposes of altering the length and/or inserting such credit, such materials may not be edited, altered, deleted or modified in any way whatsoever. UEFA shall have no liability to the using broadcaster or any third party in connection with the use of such audio/visual materials. No warranty or representation is made that any rights are cleared for broadcast - the using broadcaster should satisfy itself of necessary clearances. In particular, third party music may form part of these audio/visual materials and the using broadcaster shall be responsible for any and all performance rights clearances in connection therewith.
