On 23 April, an informal video conference of Environment Ministers will take place. It will be led by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Action. A High-level Economic and Green Investment Forum EU-Africa, jointly organized by the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU and by the European Investment Bank (EIB) will also be held, with the opening session being led by the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, Augusto Santos Silva, and the President of the EIB, Werner Hoyer.
RTP, as Host Broadcaster, guarantees access to the international signal on site, in the International Broadcasting Centre, situated in Module 4 of CCB, accessed from Rua D. Lourenço de Almeida (GPS coordinates 38.695938,-9.210061). Distribution of the signal will also be guaranteed via the EBU satellite network as well as via the EBU digital platform (Newsdirect).

The Host Broadcaster will also provide the following services and technical facilities on site:
-Access to the international signal
-International signal distribution through the EBU satellite network
-Distribution on the EBU's digital platform Newsdirect of video and audio clips
-Limited space in the TV compound for mobile units - with access to power source
-Stand-ups in the press room: 3 partially equipped stand-ups - with power source and Wi-Fi.
Services and technical facilities, including the satellite feeds, will be free of charge and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
These services will be operational from 23 April with the deadline for requests at 14:00 GMT on 22 April.
