U.S. President Biden has invited 40 world leaders to participate in the Leaders Summit on Climate. Confirmed participants include Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping. Brazil's Jair Bolsonaro, and Germany's Angela Merkel. The virtual summit will be held on 22-23 April to coincide with Earth Day and the fifth anniversary of the signing of the Paris Climate Agreement.
