The World Economic Forum (WEF) 50th Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, will be held from 21-24 January. The Meeting’s theme will be Stakeholders for a Cohesive and Sustainable World. 3,000 participants from around the world will discuss how to give concrete meaning to “stakeholder capitalism”, assist governments and international institutions in tracking progress towards the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals, and facilitate discussions on technology and trade governance.

Technical information

Eurovision News Events is providing broadcast, production and transmission facilities for Television & Radio broadcasters. Digital and web-based offerings are available to provide for on and off-site broadcasters, providing corporate media solutions for governments, private and public sector companies and NGOs, wishing to cover events in Davos.

  • TV Studio Facility: Full 3-camera broadcast studio (equipped and crewed)- Full description available in document tab.
  • Live Standup positions (fully equipped and manned) - immediately adjacent to Congress Centre (Exterior: stand-up 4 & 5 / Inside: stand-up 1 & 2)
  • Live Relay of Host TV signal
  • ENG crews (includes accredited crews and equipment)
  • HD Technical Access to Pool coverage (sessions & press conferences) in workspaces (limited number of workspaces available) or in common areas of the media village.
  • Multiviewer on Monitors in workspaces (limited number).

Our booking reservation system is based on a first come, first served.

RADIO FACILITIES

We will provide Radio workspaces with pool and LAN, as well as equipped radio Studios and technical assistance.
Workspaces and one Studio will be located at the Media Tent. Another Studio will be located inside the Congress Centre. When booking Studio time, please specify which location you prefer.

Rates:
-workspace with pool and LAN - 1800 EUR
- equipped studio/30 min - 230 EUR
- radio studio with multicam/ 30 min - 330 EUR

ACCREDITATION DEADLINE is 31st OCTOBER 2019:  www.weforummedia.org. Login with your own password. Then select the event on the Media Portal and use passcode AM20Media to register.
