On 10 December, the anniversary of Alfred Nobel's passing, the Nobel Prize award ceremonies are held in Oslo and Stockholm.
Overview
In Oslo, the Nobel Peace Prize will be awarded to Nihon Hidankyo, a group of atomic bomb survivors from Hiroshima and Nagasaki prefectures for their work to eradicate nuclear weapons.
In Stockholm the Nobel Prize Laureates in Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or Medicine, Literature and The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel will receive their awards from the Swedish king. Acceptance speeches will be held at the banquet.
Eurovision News Events will be distributing the Nobel Prize Award Ceremonies LIVE via satellite over Europe.

The Nobel Prize laureates receive a diploma and medal from HM The King in Stockholm Concert Hall. Speeches are given by representatives from the prize awarding institutions. - Nobel Prize banquet Acceptance speeches (December 10 at 21:35-22:20 GMT):
One laureate per award category gives a speech of thanks during the Nobel Prize banquet in Stockholm City Hall. - Nobel Prize Concert 2024 - programme (only on NewsDirect on December 14 - not LIVE):
