COP23- UN Climate Change Conference

197 nations are meeting in Bonn, Germany to discuss how to prevent climate change and implement the Paris Agreement.
The 23rd annual “conference of the parties” (COP) will continue until November 17th and faces numerous challenges, including the issue of compensation to smaller nations suffering the effects of climate change after the withdrawal of funding from the United States, the world’s richest nation.
Over the weekend thousands of activists began a series demonstrations in Bonn to demand and end to coal and the necessity of moving towards renewable energy. The conference is likely to highlight U.S. isolation on the issues surrounding climate change. Eurovision is offering stand-up positions in the following locations: 
  • - Outside the Plenary in the WCCB
  • - In the Media Area of the Bula zone
  • - In the Bonn Zone, overlooking the general area (this standup requires 90 minutes advance notice.
We can also offer IP transmissions from other locations as well as streaming services for web broadcasts, etc.
