All media participants entering the Harry S Truman Building on Wednesday, March 22, should expect to utilize the 23rd Street Entrance [closest to the intersection of 23rd and C Street NW, Washington DC], and to proceed through “airport-style” security screening. Government-issued photo identification, along with a Ministerial-issued media credential, will be required for entry regardless of existing federal or official identification.
Parking will not be available at the Harry S Truman Building. Members of the media should plan to arrive via the Foggy Bottom WMATA Metro stop (Blue/Orange/Silver lines), or taxi drop-off on 23rd Street NW. Please note that many Washington DC taxi drivers are accustomed to dropping off passengers for the State Department at a typical location; this location will be closed on the day of the Ministerial. We recommend specifying the intersection of 23rd and C Street if utilizing a taxi.
Meeting-issued media credentials are required to be visibly displayed at all times for entry and access.
