The Eurovision network is managed by the European Broadcasting Union’s Department of Operations, headquartered in Geneva, and offers permanent coverage of Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia - Pacific as well as ad-hoc coverage of the African continent and the Pacific Rim.

It is a "variable size" network which can instantaneously expand its capacity whenever and wherever required.
